How we build a useful guide
A guide should help you understand a move, not just tell you to keep practicing.
What we publish
Our guides cover the puzzle mechanics implemented on this site. They use specific board positions, numerical examples, and practical exercises. A strategy is described as a suggestion unless the rules establish a guarantee. Randomness, difficulty, and the limits of a technique are explained where they affect the result.
How the initial collection was made
The initial website, game implementations, and draft explanations were developed with AI assistance. Rules and selected worked examples are checked against the game code and automated behavior tests. This process can still miss mistakes; it is not a substitute for independent expert review. We do not invent author credentials, claim personal experiences that did not happen, or present the site as a clinical or academic authority.
Original work and familiar ideas
Sliding puzzles, matching pairs, switching grids, merging numbers, and tic-tac-toe have established histories. We explain familiar ideas in our own words and implement the games for this site. We do not claim ownership of the underlying common mechanics. These guides focus on the current site’s rules rather than copying another website’s text.
Sources and links
Most game explanations can be checked directly against the behavior of the board. If a future article uses an external factual source, its reader-facing citation will identify the source by name, title, and date where available. Source records are retained for review. Article bodies do not contain outbound hyperlinks.
Corrections
If an example is wrong or ambiguous, use the Contact page and choose A guide correction. Include the title, the disputed example, and your reasoning. Substantive corrections will update the article’s modification date. We do not silently add claims of expert review or guaranteed results.
Advertising and editorial choices
Advertising is not currently enabled. If the site later serves ads, paid placements will be distinguished from publisher content. Advertisers will not be presented as endorsing a strategy or as a necessary step for playing a game. Clicking an advertisement will never be a condition for access or progress.
